Welcome to our popular winter training! Perfect for all levels, with groups divided according to your experience and level. Train with PGA-trained instructors on one of Stockholm's largest and most successful golf training platforms.

With us you get:

  • Multiple workouts per week for flexibility
  • Shared space on the mat, with mat rental and balls included
  • Rebooking option throughout 2025

Program overview:

  • Start date: Week 3 with break during sports break (week 9)
  • Number of training sessions: 10 sessions
  • We always have the same mat number.
  • Training Focus: Our program will focus on improving your body movement, swing technique, ball striking and much more.
  • With our PGA-trained coaches by your side, you will gain the skills you need to dominate when the golf season gets underway.
  • Level-based training program

  • Only 1999 SEK for 10 training sessions, the mat is shared between 2 players.
  • Coach and the cost of mat rental and balls are included in the price.
  • Maximum 10 students per trainer.
